As far as blood is concerned, definitly not US. Questions... Which country, by far, has maximum agenda's fullfilled under auspices of UN? Which country besides, Britain, France, China and Russia has veto power? Also see THE UNITED NATIONS -- SERVING AMERICA'S INTERESTS un.int Tell me how many interests does UN serve for poor countries or third world countries. BTW: UN never demands to fund their games. They are just asking for dues agreed upon by member nations. ANother BTW: Some dictator regimes where installed by US, mainly Republican administrations <ggg>
