Looks like the TRIN has reversed and has been moving down taking this "cap" off of the market. Price has responded by attempting to break out. This current move up should prove to be interesting. I am looking for a move up by TICK which it has not been ready for yet. 2:04 PM Finally a push up by TICK. A program trade appears to be going off. 2:12 PM After an attempt at a continuation move after holding support on a minor pullback, selling came into the picture again. A program trade managed to send price down a bit more. Still no apparent selling as far as price movement down goes, but tape is showing a bias to the sell side. Now price has another chance to move up from here. Bob Graham
