or that they represent IPO's in last 6 to 12 months and have reached stage where insiders can sell their pre IPO stock??

I for one would be very leary of purchasing stock in a recent IPO which has run way up and is coming out of the period (whatever it is called) when insiders are prohibited from selling their stock.

JNPR's action is as predictable as a clock.

The KP people manufactured that one, last Jan, or was it Dec I posted about how the float was so small that all the bidding assured a high price as the Company was being valued by the total outstanding but in fact the float was what everyone was bidding up.

When the lock up ended, we have this avalanche of selling by insiders expanding the float, timing is everything. Youi can essentially take it to the bank that when the original holders complete thier exit, this one will get a major haircut.

And all action happens against the float.
