Wondering about the potential sentences for this type of white collar crime........most likely a 6 month stint in some country club lock up........ If he had partners...maybe he is playing the fall guy......with a fat payoff on his release..... Amazing to think of the damage done with a phoney news leak..... Was told the Rothchild did the same to the Brit markets by releasing news that Boneparte had won at Waterloo... Only to buy like mad upon the panic.....( dont know if this is true) wfii down 2 3/8 Tim

Greg: My AVCI and JNPR are having nice moves today.... DELL has some SERIOUS momentum as well -- I think some of the large Growth Funds are accumulating DELL again -->> Look at the volume on DELL today....absolutely amazing....The Wall Street Journal article on DELL gives them great exposure....MSD is rallying the troops and going after EMC and SUNW....;-) Best Regards, Scott

Car Hits Armstrong Cyclist Suffers Minor Injuries in Accident in France U.S. cyclist Lance Armstrong was injured after he and another cyclist were hit by a car (Francois Lenoir/Reuters) Aug. 31 — Two-time defending Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong was injured after he and another cyclist were hit by a car while training in southern France. X-rays proved negative, said Dan Osipow, a spokesman for the San Francisco-based sports marketing firm Disson Furst and Partners. But Armstrong reported on his Web site that he was “banged up.” Tyler Hamilton, another member of Armstrong’s U.S. Postal Service team who helped Armstrong repeat as Tour de France champion in July, suffered minor scrapes when he swerved to miss the car. Tumbling, Tumbling Armstrong, Hamilton and another teammate, Frankie Andreu, were training on a country road outside Nice on Tuesday when a car coming in the opposite direction missed a turn and ran right into them. “All of a sudden a speeding car appeared out of nowhere,” Hamilton recounted on his Web site. “The car drove straight into Lance — but luckily his bike took most of the impact. Lance went flying off his bike and tumbled down the road.” Andreu was not injured in the accident. Armstrong’s wife, Kristin, drove from their home in France to pick up the trio, Hamilton reported. The accident is not expected to impact Armstrong’s ability to compete in the Sydney Olympics next month, said Osipow. The 28-year-old Armstrong will not leave for Sydney until mid-September.
