Take a look at this one. Migratec currently has the only software solution to migrate 32 bit software to 64 bit.

Intel and IBM both are very interested in this product.

Featured Stock - Migratec (MIGR)

The opportunity for building wealth by investing in small technology stocks has rarely been as good as it is now. Particularly, on companies that make the products that enhance productivity and simplify complex operations. Of the many changing technologies around, the move from 32-bit to 64-bit is as vital as they get. Chip makers are about to unleash a new standard of processors that will changed the PC forever. They're faster, stronger and they run on a 64-bit platform. With this new technology comes a higher learning curve and it's vital that workers be able to stay inline with that curve to remain productive and competitive. In the immortal words of Neil Young "rust never sleeps" and you can bet the farm that this is true for technology also. One such company Migratec (MIGR), focuses on developing software solutions that automate the migration of complex programs from one environment to another. This is important technology since having the ability to move a program say, from 32-bit Windows to 64-bit Linux, is a time consuming and inefficient task. But alas, by using a migrator it is much more efficient and productive then having to re-write it completely.

Migratec's ability to develop this kind of software solution is the key to the company's attractiveness. The proprietary software may be the first and only solution on the market right now. What makes the solution so hot is that it not only will reduce costs for the user but, it also reduces the time to market and its efficiency helps users create better products. MIGR has put to market a nice selection of products and with the computer world swiftly heading towards 64-bit platforms, MIGR already has a Windows migration product to solve that solution.

MigraTEC's MigrationSUITE to IA-64 Windows solution is the product that will revolutionize the move from 32-bit to 64-bit. IA-64 works by producing an automated analysis of the application source code results in a comprehensive list, showing the nature and location in code, of issues that need to be addressed in preparing for execution on the new platform. API differences and 32-to-64-bit readiness issues are located and presented in an integrated development environment. Sounds simple huh? Well. when you use the solution it is but, for a tech doing it by hand, it's a godsend. Efficiency, productivity and time to market, the three most vital parts of developmental technology and they're all solved by one solution. The release of the new Windows suite is important. The reason is that Intel's Itanium chip functions in a 64-bit environment and in order to maximize its potential, your software apps need to be 64-bit also.

There is no question as to the growth and popularity of the Linux-based systems. Migratec has addressed the need for migrating 32-bit Linux to 64-bit already! By using the same format as above, IA-64 Linux addresses the challenges of migrating applications from 32-bit Linux to 64-bit Linux. Linux has long been touted as the "new" Windows. Maybe it hasn't taken over the PC world just yet, but it is an important platform and it's reassuring that MIGR has it covered already. Users of platforms other than Windows have long suffered from being ignored by software solutions providers and makers but MIGR addressed the community showing a commitment to the "other" platforms, along with Windows. In fact, they also have a solution migrating UNIX also.

The company is in the early stages of development and that's good for potential investors. With some strong products already on the market the company also has the stability of some very strong alliances. The company is benefiting from strong performances at the recent IBM Technical developers conference along with last week's Intel Itanium presentation. It gets even better, in June MIGR signed a consulting services agreement to assist Dell Precision Workstation ISVs and customers with upgrading software applications from 32-bit platforms to the 64-bit Intel Itanium platform. Financially the company has what it needs to move forward without problems. Recently they acquired private financing from Mercury Ventures. and Cardinal Investment, totaling $3.75m. This facilitated the company's rollout of the recent product line. We're definitely standing on the ground floor but the elevator doors may closing soon, so jump on.

Technically the stock is forming a nice base just above a dollar. The MACD has moved to a neutral position adding to the stability of that base. The recent strong news week showed what a little volume can do for this stock and we urge you to start accumulating shares while the price is this good. Today's nice move on decent volume may indicate that the small bottom may be complete. It should now challenge and take out the 1.37 highs of mid-August and mid-July but, past that and with some solid support the $2 dollar level is not that unrealistic in the short-term.

No compensation was received for the Migratec report whatsoever.
