Couldn't agree with you more. I too am short ARBA - looking for a $100 down move (to $50 range). However, right now the Mo-mo guys are driving this stock. That has me worried. I can see this fall being the season of the B2B junk (just like last fall was the eCommerce junk). We may have to wait 6 months or so before this odor of this putrid company wafts to Wall St. In the meantime, it could be hitting new highs. I wouldn't be surprised to see it go to over 200 ($50b market cap) before someone on the Street decides to bring up the valuation issue. Then the herd will follow.

BTW, nobody been saying anything about the fact that most of Ariba's growth is coming from acquisitions - its internal growth is much less impressive.
