2MAR$, thanks for taking some Qualcomm, but the real action will come when a carrier (presumably Unicom) gets the go ahead to build a CDMA network into which XING can sell.

The Chinese are determined to achieving substantial local content in whatever CDMA system is installed, so XING getting the government's blessing is a good step.

And XING, of course, needs a customer for its handsets. But it can now apparently tender for the various parts and pieces of its handset models it does not manufacture.
