I believe the quote you were referring to was something along the lines of "Intel will license chipsets for the P4 to anyone that doesn't make chipsets for AMD".

I agree, they have to go on the attack.

1. The Intel-VIA lawsuit. Intel is selectively applying its patents to control a competitor's partner.
