Paul,
KTR at 12-1/2 is about a 10% dividend, and with about 70% of FFO is at the low range of the REITs payout ratio. FFO grew slower this quarter and they are doing more speculation, but the market is pretty strong. My main concern is what the debt leverage ratio is up to, what % of the debt is variable, and when the debt needs to be renewed. Short of any problems, I like this company at these prices, but they are getting slightly riskier.
