Auric: Make sure you don't join that Jacob fellow. All fraudsters will be tracked. Take his arrest as a lesson to cease your fraudulent efforts to manipulate stock prices. I think it is wrong to compare Jacob(emulex hoax) and Auric. One is using fraudulent means to manipulate stock prices while Auric is just posting rumors that are already out there. I don't see any fraudent efforts by Auric---just bad investing! Nothing wrong with shorting stocks. Nothing wrong with posting existing rumors that are already out there on legitimate news sources. only bad if you start a false rumor.
