Ted, I know that you have't actually played with the chip so I am putting you on the spot, but you're of the opinion that little can be done to correct its performance defects? That the chip is an ugly thing resulting from the unholy alliance of engineering and marketing? Would I be correct in coming to that conclusion? <g> I'm just speculating of course, but I think Willy is a fixed problem for the powers that be at Intel. Scumbria
