Would not read to much into it, take it at face value ECB are not inflation fighters as was the Bundes Bank.

Aside from that most big manufacturers in Europe are profiting from the weak Euro by making easier for them to export.

J6P in Europe is suffering as are many energy intensive enterprises such as transportation.

Higher oil prices are also helping Russia plenty and indirectly Germany who now may have a chance to see their money back, which is very substantial.

All in all high raw material prices and a low Euro are helping Europe IMHO as Russia and many CEE countries stabilize. Still there are some dislocation in various pockets who are poor in natural resources.
