You have a good point. On the other hand, I got solicited by Guiliani (I would have contributed, too, closer to Election Day). I think that it is the sort of thing that should be useable as a campaign issue, but should not be regulated. It is legitimate for out of state people to have a broad interest in the composition of the Senate.......
