So I was reading Time magazine, and they detail the proposed budgets of Bush and Gore. Now Bush was been really critical about the military and has been sending Cheney out to stump on this. It appears that the Bush spending proposal is for a 45 billion dollar increase in the military budget, while the Gore proposal is for 127 billion dollars. So my question: Is Bush really that stupid or is he just a liar?

It is a free country (even my country), and there is freedom of speech. I can speak what I want in both countries and so can you.
Don't even bother wondering how my family lives. They are doing just fine. May I add, a couple of them as citizens.
