I am going to go out on a limb here based on a hunch .... I think the uptrend is going to top out pretty quickly here, and that starting to follow a trend-based system such as P&F might not work so well in the first half of September. The Spring selloff is still fresh enough in people's minds that they will be tempted to take profits. And there is also the psychology of waiting until you're even before selling something that went way down. I see half of my portfolio edging ever closer to early 2000 purchase prices, and the temptation to sell those holdings is getting a little stronger psychologically. Good thing I've decided to let Gizmo manage my portfolio vicariously.....
