Willy will be a very good SSE2 game/graphics machine. Scumbria, I expect that applications like streaming video and audio will grow significantly in the next few years. Current examples for the most part are small, of poor quality and require little power. But as Napster and Ampster (I think) become more prominent and as the net becomes a vehicle for educational instruction, live programming etc. won't Willy be the chip that will make a difference? Especially if 3-D is a real possibility. I don't have the background to comment on Intel's design and engineering division but is it not possible that they are more farsighted that we are giving them credit. Look how far the net has come in the last 10 years.....who's to say what the net and its demands will be like in the next 10. ted
