<<but judge of all who reject Him >>

Why?.......

If someone lives a moral life with basic Christian principals and at the same time rejects the concept of god .....Why would god care?

You can call me anything you want.

Oh you have to do XY and Z. You have to offer up your belief. You must become as little children. No man cometh to the father but through ME- that's a condition.

It's not bravado about death. I've been close a couple times.

Now, on to verifiable truth. Nothing that happened 2000 years ago is what I would call "verifiable". For one thing the mindset was totally different. What constitutes a miracle to a non-scientific person is completely different from what passes for that for a scientific person. What if Christ merely entered a state of coma that resembled death? And then woke up? People did that all the time- people were constantly being buried alive- hence the myths about vampyres- people would wake up in their coffins and scratch them, trying to get out.

Your verified truth, is really belief, imo.

Further it does not follow just because he is risen he is who he says he is.

For example, perhaps he is a devil? He has sown much dispute and evil in the world between men. There is no way to proove he is not a devil. For a devil would tell you he was a savior, he would not tell you the truth.

I don't believe in devils either, but if you're going to believe in stuff I don't see how you can know what you are believing in is "true". You can only believe and hope, or believe and not worry about it.
