WATSONYOUTH, if the problem with the c0 stepping is as you suspect, the only possible fix is a mask revision to make the changes which will take 8-10 weeks.

If you are correct, the 1.13 GHz chips should have worked properly with less voltage, right?

If you are correct, does this mean that most c0 stepping chips should be useable at lower frequencies?
