Morning Pinhi, Actually living in Roswell is nice. It's proximity to Atlanta is not so nice. The traffic here is absolutely the worst. So bad in fact that I am leaving and moving back to Chattanooga by next summer. One of my biggest regrets will be that I won't be as close to Tom anymore, so it may interfere with our golf game just a little. In Chattanooga I will be much closer to the real mountains of east Tennessee and western North Carolina. The north Georgia mountains are just hills in comparison. Looks like it's going to be an up day so far. Naz futures are up 66. Wow! Later, Joel
