Richard, the Market has been rallying strongly, in accordance with my forecast, and so has the Gore/Lieberman ticket.

I'm still calling for a mild Market pullback after Labor Day(for the Gore/Lieberman ticket too). Then some real heavy duty "Irrational Exuberance," starting mid September lasting till the Election. Gore will win.

Ride the Wave, Richard.

Hillary is easily electable in NY. Senator Schumer is even more liberal than Hillary and he won in a big way in 98. Schumer was praising Clinton constantly during the campaign in 98 and he is an unabashed Liberal, like Wellstone from Minnesota.

Hillary's main problem in NY is that she is not a local. NYC and its suburbs are extremely ethnic and very globally conscious and are very different than the Midwest. I've been all over this country and know each state from the ground up.

Lots of Liberal Capitalists in NY and the Northeast. Massachussets is our Best Friend. I think it is those sea breezes from the Atlantic Ocean that keeps us so open minded.
