TP: Thanks for sharing....I feel that DELL will get much more aggressive in its partnering / purchasing in the storage marketplace. They clearly need to expand their offerings and I expect them to find a way to do that. We'll see how well the 'Virtual Integration' model works in the lucrative storage market. I still wouldn't underestimate MSD and the team from Austin ;-)

Completely agree with you...

The server line would have been great and would have integrated well with the poweredges...

the storage offering would have been pretty nice, and would have given R&D to dell

the analyst community would have applauded, as dell would be moving on other areas that are faster growing...

the price was low compared to what cpq paid for digital
