RNWR, good news, I believe. I just got off the phone with Brian Johns, CEO of Rainwire. 1. Yes, they are considering doing a forward split. It is under review at this time. He said he could not comment on the issue. Me thinks they are going to do it. Just my opinion. Do your own DD. 2.The Authorized 10 million is correct in that filing, but that has been changed since that filing. The authorized has been changed to 20 million and that can always be adjusted depending upon the split. That will be all relevant upon the share price and if it is advantageous for the company to do it. Me thinks they will do it, but what do I know. Cheers RG
