For those that missed the ROIL run up yesterday, ROIL is now at 8 3/8 down 7.59%.

ROIL is selling at a little over 3X this years cash flow, they have reserved for the Phillips litigation, leverage is only 31.81% down from 38% in 1Q, production increased 21% over 2Q 1999 and 4% over 1Q 2000.

They are one of the VERY few companies that have both increased cash flow and decreased debt over 1Q, and have increased production from both 1Q 1999 and 2Q 2000, and they did it by drilling.

Based on their recent announcement, it looks like they are on track for further production increases.

It wouldn't stay down 7% very long.

BTW - I own a lot of it.
