I read that earlier. My guess is it is not that unlikely which was the catalyst for the privacy change and the emails. Funny thing is I did not receive one and I bought some DVDs from them earlier this year.

I am quite certain Amazon will need to raise cash no later than June of 2001. I believe they are looking at their options already.

Let's give them credit. That is good business rather than "screwing" with the customer data at the last moment as others have done.
