>Don't put Jerome Williams and Jerry Stackhouse in the same class. Jerome Williams is the heart and soul of the Pistons, an unselfish, lunch-pail winner.

I agree 100%.

>Anybody who criticizes Grant Hill's team skills, especially if that someone has as low a basketball IQ as Stackhouse does, should be immediately cut from the team.

I disagree here...Grant Hill in six years did not win a playoff series...He never made THE shot to win it at the end, ALWAYS failed down the stretch where a leader is supposed to win a game...I say good riddance, if anyone does not want to play here, he can (and did) go elsewhere. Detroit would likely never have won a championship with him

I think Jerry Stackhouse is getting a bad rap (and Grant Hill always got a good wrap from the press). But that guy sacrificed a lot by coming to the Pistons and waiting to take Dumar's place and did whatever necessary for the team to win and always played his heart out. Is he a great player? He is pretty good and likely belongs here but if they can trade him and get better ones it is fine with me<g>
