Ron: I agree. I could believe that they may have bought 10K or so shares, just so no one could say that it was just a PR stunt.

If KEM was serious about buying 4M shares, I would think that most here would hope that they had bought very little so far -- it is just that much more demand left.

This will probably irk some folks even though it is not meant to, but I would be surprised to see KEM buy 200K shares by the end of the year and less than 100K b(u)y the end of the year would not surprise me either.

All of that said, KEM could very well be above $40 and possibly closer to $50 by year end -- even without the buy back program actually buying large quantities of shares.
