Curtis - thanks, but Floyd is just a minor imp basking in the shadow of the great Satan. Floyd and Auric do share the same attorney, but Floyd is merely a wannabe...

I thought it important enough to share with the JDSU folks that they may be communicating with a registered broker who has not disclosed that fact to them, nor disclosed any possible conflicts of interest, and may perhaps possibly be violating NASD 2210 (d) in the process.
