I agree that these numbers are pretty suspect but I can explain why the Athlon 550 had a higher score than the Athlon 750...

Gogo 235 is a MP3 encoding application and it's benchmark results are reported in seconds (number of seconds to complete the test) I just downloaded Gogo235 and ran the test to verify this.

I think lower scores are better in Gogo235.

PS: I think a lot of the wierdness in the numbers can also be attributed to switches used during the test. for example did the specify no psycho acoustics (-nopsy)

These are overclocked cpus. The Athlon 550 is 128.7*7.5=965
