? I have a nice cable feed directly to UUnet and the data source...I only use SPX as a market direction indicator so minute reads aren't important to me....I do on ocassion trade SPX and OEX options...nothing to effect my trading?

I haven't seen any real problems....

FWIW...I've been using the new feed on the test server for a few weeks now. The 'raw data' appears to be working just fine. That is, Regional displays & Time/Sales are all showing what I believe is correct data (it ties to another source). Trades appear promptly; I can see my fills much more quickly than I get the confirm from my browser based broker. The only bugs I've seen are with the quotesheet display where best bid/best ask aren't updating properly (and Jay is aware of this & has passed it along to the developers). Open interest is also updating properly (again, per a tie to another source), although sometimes S&P sends out improper information. e.g. going into today I was long 5 KMBUMs and open interest was showing via QCharts & other sources as 1.

For the past year I've been using my browser based broker for real time option quotes by exchange. I stopped two weeks ago. One day last week the test server was down & it was a noticable drag to have to go back to the broker to get quotes. IOTW, the feed appears to be fine; QCharts handling of the feed has some problems but all in all, its a vast improvement over what we've been getting the past year or so.
