Bush's new attack add seems to be directed by the Governor, but paid for with soft money. Isn't that a violation of campaign finance laws.
The Bush campaign effectively took credit for the RNC-sponsored ad with its admission that it was given advance notice of its contents.

"We were asked for comment, and we thought it was fine," said Bush strategist Rove.

Last week, Bush and his senior aides quashed another RNC-bought ad that highlighted an interview in which Gore said that neither he nor President Clinton had lied in office.

So Bush picks and chooses from RNC paid ads. He has no respect for the law but wants the top job.
