I hope you're ready for a great xmas season Glenn. Liz, I am. I though was I was going to reduce my hours of working around now but found with the technology changes and the changes in my industry, I worked more hours than ever. I have done my part. We have year over year sales growth in our brick and mortar stores of 40%. My son now has some experience. The web site is averaging 200+ hits daily. I am ready for a great holiday season and plan to reduce my involvement this January and let my son carry the ball from here. I do plan to keep my fingers in the back office work because I enjoy the marketing and technology. The "Grand Opening" of the web site begins next Friday even though it has been open for a year. It is a good reason to run a pre-holiday sale in the physical stores and on-line. One needs some reason to promote;-) I am off to Erie to work there. Glenn
