You notice the "Gore is going to spend" shit going on here? Gore isn't going to spend a nickle. Gore is going to confiscate money from taxpayers like you and I and decide how we will give our money away. The latest on his give aways will mean we have to pay an extra $500 billion just to keep even. "Surplus?
