Please note the divergence between INTC and MSFT since April. These two have moved in lock-step for more than a decade, which is why I look for MSFT to catch up with INTC at some point in the near future. How many chips INTC use Windows/Office/Encarta/Money? Just as many as 1 or 2 or 3 years ago.

johnd: Look at it as if it were a charged capacitor. If their numbers keep getting better the price will return to where it belongs vis-a - vis its peers. The suit is a dead issue as the SC will send it back to Appeals and Appeals will tear Jackson a new one. JFD
