Depends upon the market, of course, and that's why I'm thinking now is a good time. Market looks extremely healthy, as is the economy and that means fewer shorts and less volatility near term. I'll start doing some serious study into a few swing trades on the long side. 30K could generate a couple of K a day at the tables and that depends upon where we play and the hours of the day/night/morning. These guys would save a lot by having me there at the table, I've seen them lose 5 - 10K in a couple of hours. "Here's a solution. Take her with you and ask neighbor to watch Pan. Don't think my darling wife would care to be in Vegas more than a couple of days - so maybe weekends? And Pan is the stay-at-home type.
