SRNA made a nice cup, forming a flat handle; IBD story and market conditions may destroy its chances for a declining handle; CEO guiding analysts higher.

SRNA has been batting against resistance @ 46 like a mosquito trying to get out of a jar.

IMO will go higher.

So if the handle is to now form on ARBA then it should not pull back more than 25% from the high which would put it roughly at no lower than 25% of 170 or 127.5?
