If I knew why some stocks went through the roof and others languished, I would be a lot wealthier than I am now. I could guess - IFCI doesn't get headlines, it's not a sexy components or systems manufacturer, whatever. I do think it's a great chance to buy value here and watch your money double. But I could be wrong too, right? The short answer is that IFCI is not pure-play optical so the Street hasn't priced up IFCI accordingly.
