Good Question. I've been thinking about the same thing lately. At first, I thought so. But now I don't think so because most money managers have performed terribly this year and I think they will look to salvage the year by buying in a big way in October, rather than selling.

Didn't they sell big time last Spring?

I believe the process has begun.

Given the rally in the net names, we have seen the first phase of huge short covering. Maybe a bit more to go here.

then, we see a big dip into the end of October, for the mutual dumpfest ( probably not as pronounced as in the past becasuse some many stocks fit this bill). Process will repeat late year for the foolish individual investor selling. Look to pick up some great names in this process.

One I think can be creamed is not Net- BMCS. Like teens for a buy or even low 20s. Keep an eye on the timing indicators for this game, is my best advice.
