Yes, I love the city, and we can afford to return in some comfort to the sort of affluent neighborhood that we would like. We will probably get an apartment, in order to minimize responsibilities. There are a number of beautiful apartment buildings up Connecticut Avenue, and in Bethesda or Chevy Chase (MD). If worse comes to worse,and I feel that the college crunch dictates saving some money, we will move to Silver Spring, near the beginning of the Rock Creek Parkway to downtown, and near my favorite delicatessen.
