Hi kurt, A good source of information on InGaAs and other exotics is located at compoundsemi.com As far as Pixelworks is concerned, others here may have more insights. Generally, what I've seen to be the case in the area of graphics cards, accelerators and SoCs is that it is brutally competitive and that no one shop has been able to remain at the bleeding edge for any length of time as technologies leapfrog each other. I haven't been able to make an investment case in this sector. YMMV Best, Ray
