Thanks for correcting me. But you also bring up another sore point with the new economy practitioners. THEY "NEVER" POST THEIR SALES. (that "never" is exaggerated). By the way you were posting on the virtues of dclk long after you apparently sold it. Which is is the other attribute of successful new econ investing. You have to gauge the excitement of the herd and exit before they stampede off the cliff. Regarding etys, many people knew it was an absurd idea on the day it IPOed. Hopefully you did not get burned in that month.

Anyway, you're right. With the new economy, you have to pick your entry and exit. very nimbly. The trouble is the new economists won't tell you that until pressed.
