Hi Bob, That must have been a scary article on the collapse of paper money, just in time for Halloween!? I can see it now..... kids go up to a house and ring the doorbell and yell trick or treat!..... and then a sickly looking Uncle Sam answers the door and says, here kids, have some more worthless paper dollars! <LOL> Seriously though, the only way I can see paper money becoming worthless by October is if the stock market crashes worse than 1987 and can no longer get up.....
