INTCfan yes we are not far apart and I agree with what you write, but to clarify my statement, I uncovered to the top dogs something I was believing they did not knew ..... reclassifying bad loans as performing loans, asuming they will be thankful only to discover the exact opposite.

I can go on, but it is not this tread business.

Further action which may seem fine are highly questionable on my list of DO NOT from past experience of assisting in "cleaning" banks balance sheets from loans went bad.

One example of DO NOT is the recent CitiBank issue of 1.65 billion Samurai bonds to speculate with the proceeds in the stock market or Chase heavy reliance in speculating / investing in Internet related businesses. They are BANKS after all not finance companies.
