you just prove where your allegiance is. I suggest you have no employees with kids, as they might accidently have to pick ol "junior" up by 6pm....no second thought you'd prob. just encourage them to kill em in the womb, then you wouldn't have to screw up your company "career" folks.

I don't approve of any group getting special treatment. If a parent isn't able to perform as well as a single employee then when promotion time comes, the boss ought to have the courage to make the right decision. They should also communicate this to the employees so they know it may effect their promotion opportunities. You sound like you may have a chip on your shoulder, as in maybe you had to work longer when the other employees got to go pick up their children. Somewhat understandable, but to stereotype ALL new parents is like whites stereotyping all blacks, or vice versa.knc
