goldsnow,

Please exchange your thoughts with my cut & paste of your post.

... politicians insist on... de facto tax increase... to expand Medicare coverage

... government moves in to pick up much of the tab for prescription drugs

... Government price controls and restricted choice would be inevitable.

Eventhought the USA government can create paper fiat currency,
I'm sure they would not do so in a manner that a private person
would create "out of thin air" using the official printing presses
and obtain an amount with counterfeit status eventhought it is
of genuine paper+ink. This would have been created with
the intent to defraud and dilute as in inflation the legal money supply
of the USA.

One needing cash needs to exchange an object that represent
a value equal to the ability of the currency obtain as money
represented as paper + ink with an number representing dollars.

One can put off their exchange of a value but must later include
an addition amount as in a loan received.

If the above does not happen, and the USA government wishes to
extend to all its citizens equal medical care, then with the fact
that the USA government only has money collected from its citizens,
then it is the decision of the people that will
be done or not.

Seems to be a matter of the politicans to put into place the decisions
of those citizens that represent their constituents as a matter
of a vote count and not as a matter of what is right or wrong.

My point is why are these words used,

... politicians insist on
... de facto tax increase
... government... to pick up much of the tab
... Government price controls and restricted choice

as Bon Beece has told us many many times
that what the government delivers to its citizens
is what the citizens want and ask for,
as in the best way for a nation to exist.
