OX - Thanks, was a cache, but not mine.

Cleaned everything, deleted all temp and cache files, regcleaned, clean reinstalled and upgraded Nescape 4.75, downloaded through:
Netscape 4.5 (before cleaning up)
Netscape 4.75 (fresh clean)
IExplorer 5.5
same old file.

Finally, got back to ole FTP and got both files on a cinch, the old and the new one.

FTP is not proxied. Not cached.

So I suspect that Q's data dept has renamed the old SetupQharts40 into SetupQcharts40.1.0.9 and that the caching managers are keeping the old files until someone enters the building with a shotgun. But where: my ISP?, Akamai?, Island?....

Going to install all my old utilities again, Archie, Gopher
