Is Lalit Us.. Are you American?? Thus I should say welcome..or should I thank you for letting ..us into the ..US market.. All kidding aside, it is truly a pleasure to know you, Lalit ,and I never thought I would say something like this on a computer.....Am I getting too romantic??? Here is where the excitement comes from... 1) We are due for a contract ..any day any week... 2)UUNET, once the Italian holidays are over, we will negotiate a contact for at least 10 million dollars. 3) Ilecs cannot be more than one, three months away..( Tom Super, Ken etc.) 4) 4th quarter earnings( and sales ) can and should surprise)..Sept.15_ ..Record no's.maybe 8 million + 500,000 profit??? 5)Partnerships must be in the bag and coming..Copper Mountain etc..... 6) Nasdaq listing..My guess early Dec. or late Jan. 7) New contract ...MTU..a priority for NHC. 8)Additional or new brokerage coverage as well as continued new money managers buyig our stock. 9) I'm tired and going to watch tennis, but TSTN at this point, will have to make a move to grow( as wll as its stock) and make us an offer even as little as 10 million us shares at $70.oo or $ 35.00 a share for each NHC, and trust me their stock would rise substantially on the news (and indirectly so would we) as they would have not only eliminated their potential competitor but also bring some life to their saturating market and stock price. 10) Other potential bidders.. alcatel...Nortel..etc.. 11) Another contract..say Bell Atlantic.. 5,000 units over 3 years.. 12) I'll be in Monaco by this one GOOD NIGHT to all.. and remember the best of health to all of us,that's the most important and the rest is just a bonus..CLETO
