No, lower support is around 33. One figures the PO by counting the boxes, etc., based on a formula. It works on stocks that have gone up, reversed, gone up, etc. and is based on a ballistics method of figuring momentum. We used to have to do it ourselves, but DWA now does it for us. <g> BTW, DWA now offers - free - a P&F University at their site. Just go to dorseywright.com, then click on PNF University. Ms X (SI alias) is the primary teacher. She and Tom post on the DWA thread here on SI.
