The supreme court nominations have really been terrible since Sandra Day OConnor - there are a number of theories as to why this is so but IF Gore gets elected this is the one thing I want to improve on. I don't believe that Clarence Thomas "never ever" thought about Roe v Wade in his life, give me a break, an honorable person would have stood there in defiance and said "yeah, I thought about it and this is how I feel" even if it meant losing out on the SC.
