Robin--

Your detective work appears to be very comprehensive. I am sure that alot of lawsuits are possible and alot of laws have been broken. However , unless most of the JAVA shareholders banned together in a class action lawsuit AND found an attorney who would take the case on a contingency basis , lawsuits are not practical. I doubt that the Canadian stock exchange has the resources or desire to investigate all the wrong doings. Their investigations will take years and if we want to restart JAVA we don't have years.

I believe a stockholder meeting should be held this Fall or in January. The purpose of the meeting would be:

1-Elect new officers and directors
2-Authorize more shares of JAVA to be issued so a new major player can own 51% and invest fresh cash in company so JAVA can start mining operations in 2001.
3-Present your JAVA report and vote on what if any actions should be taken on former directors , Armand's estate , newsletter writers/publishers and others.

We should not lose focus on restarting JAVA. The longer we wait , the higher the probability that all OUR JAVA assets will be confiscated by Mongolian government.

I hope other shareholders who once had dreams/hopes for JAVA will be proactive and want a shareholder meeting to RECLAIM THEIR COMPANY.

THANKS for your dedicated hard work. Hope to see you soon at a stockholder meeting.

Sincerely,

Rick Giannoble
