IP issues were not resolved for several years.
Thanks, Eric for taking the trouble to explain your post. Just one thing startled me. It isn't on to take your property, intellectual or physical, and tell you that we'll settle sometime. If I'm caught with the goods I "borrowed" from you, can I tell the judge that I had every intention to pay sooner or later, a few years down the road? Surely QCOM would sue? Honest people pay or sign a contract to pay before using. And by the way I am not a stockholder of QCOM. Experience has taught me that justice does not always triumph. The wicked sometimes flourish.
